We are constantly striving for innovative and better varieties.
As an experimental farm for all leading seed companies in the field of lettuce, we are conducting experiments in our fields throughout the season. In these trial fields we are constantly concerned with the latest developments of leaf lettuce varieties.
Especially for the catering industry, we introduced a new product to our range in 2011: mixed boxes with various Salanova® varieties. This ‘one cut ready’ leaf lettuce is extremely suitable for this target group because of its ease of use, delicious taste and wonderful
colour shades.
To be able to explain the many possibilities of this novelty in the field of lettuce to our catering customers, we created our own ‘lettuce leaflet’.
